Tenants may pay in person by dropping checks off at the leasing office at 2027 North Street. Tenants can also pay by credit card (MasterCard, Visa, AmericanExpress, Discover) during regular office hours in person, or over the telephone.

Make checks payable to: New Wave Properties.  Please do not forget to note your address (including 'A' or 'B' side of duplex). Rent is due on the 1st and late on the 4th.

Online payments (Check, Debit or Credit Card) can be made through the resident portal system. You will need to contact the office to set up your account for first time use.
